We are back with another round of user guides and explainers for our recently added features. They are part of the ARI(Auto Repair Software)<\/a> V.11 update and you can access them after installing the app’s latest version.<\/p>\n

To begin things – we introduced Web SMS Editing and a new Discount Coupons Template <\/strong><\/em>to make engaging and retaining clients much easier for you<\/strong><\/em>. Let\u2019s show you how to use the features and create value for your business. (*Please check the visual guides below)<\/p>\n

SMS Editing in the Web App<\/h2>\n

ARI\u2019s Web SMS Editing now allows you to send personalized messages<\/strong><\/em> or add crucial details<\/strong><\/em> about your Invoice, Inspection, or Appointment with clients. They can be used for Marketing Activities, Customer Support, Client Outreach, and much more.<\/p>\n

To edit an SMS – open an existing Invoice<\/a>, <\/strong><\/em>and select Share -> Send via SMS<\/strong><\/em>. You will see the default SMS template, which you can edit and send to clients depending on the situation. After finishing the edits – select Send to complete the operation.<\/p>\n

SMS editing Options<\/strong><\/em> will appear in the following menus.<\/p>\n

– Invoices
\n– Inspections
\n– Online Appointments
\n– Service Reminde<\/em>rs<\/p>\n

The process is the same – each section only has a different SMS template.<\/p>\n

Discount Coupons Rework<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

ARI Discount Coupons were updated with a professional look and an option to attach them directly to Job Cards\/ Invoices<\/strong><\/em>! You can create one from the Profile Menu<\/strong><\/em> and see how it looks. Finish the coupon creation by adding coupon codes and a monetary value\/ percentage depending on your needs.<\/p>\n

To attach a Coupon<\/strong><\/em> to an Invoice – open an active Job Card\/ Invoice and select \u201cMore.\u201c<\/strong><\/em>. Then click \u201cAttach Discount Coupon<\/strong><\/em>\u201c \u00a0and choose one of your active promotions. A special discount will be applied after you save the progress on your Invoice\/ Job Card.<\/p>\n
