Just click between the buttons to change a clock\u2019s state.<\/p><p>Upon clocking out a person \u2013 you can add a note about the process or outcome of their work. Besides, you can add custom activity labels to time clocks such as general, maintenance, diagnostic, etc.<\/p><p>One great use case of Time Clocks is to monitor your auto repair\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/2021\/01\/the-ultimate-guide-to-auto-repair-labor-times\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Labor Times<\/a>. You can start multiple Time Clocks and set standards for the repair jobs of your workers. You can sort and filter the data or add a new Time Log. Click the plus button to add a new Time Log. This requires selecting the employee\u2019s name, activity type, and start and end time.\u00a0The graphic here highlights how to use the search option. You can switch between list and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/2021\/09\/introducing-grid-view-to-ari\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grid view<\/a>\u00a0and sort the current time logs. You can sort the time logs by:<\/p><p><strong>Picture,\u00a0Employee Name,\u00a0Activity Type,\u00a0Start\/ End time,\u00a0Duration<\/strong><\/p><p>To create a Time Sheet with a backdate \u2013 click the\u00a0<b>+\u00a0<\/b>icon and select a time in and time out in the past.\u00a0If you don\u2019t choose an employee or activity label for your Time Log \u2013 it will be displayed as empty or undefined.
