Before you continue, please make sure you update your app to the latest version V9.6.6 by following this<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/2021\/06\/how-to-update-my-ari-app\/\"> update guide.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>What\u2019s new in this update?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Group labor and parts together for a better invoice experience<\/h3>\n<p>You can now group together a service with its relevant parts and display that grouping on your invoice so clients can easily read and understand which parts have been used for which service.<\/p>\n<p>This is a major improvement for ARI and we strongly recommend using it as it has the potential to really improve your client\u2019s invoicing experience<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how grouped items will look like on invoices<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1045 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/grouped-view-1.png\" alt=\"grouped items on auto repair invoice\" width=\"504\" height=\"363\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/grouped-view-1.png 504w, https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/grouped-view-1-300x216.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 504px) 100vw, 504px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/2021\/07\/group-parts-and-labor-for-a-better-auto-repair-invoice-experience\/\">Read All About Grouping Here<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Limited Access to <a href=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/features\/payment\/\">Payments<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>We have added a new section to the User Roles that allows you to control user access to the Payment module. You can now allow or deny access to view, create, edit and delete functions of the payment module.<\/p>\n<p>By default, the access is revoked so you will need to edit your user roles access in order to allow access to the payments module.<\/p>\n<p>Login and go to <a href=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/features\/profile-setup\/\"><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/a> then click on the<strong> User Roles<\/strong> button. Select the role you want to edit and click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> icon. Scroll down to the payments section and edit the access. That issue is fixed now.<\/p>\n<p>We have added a confirmation popup that will prompt you to update your inventory every time you save your JobCards or Invoices.
