This basically allows your clients to book your services online. Those appointments will then show up in your ARI app where you can manage them.<\/p>\n<h3>There are 2 ways clients can find your online booking form:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>using your unique link (you can get it from the Appointments settings).<br \/>\nIt should look something like this:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aribooking.utilitymobileapps.com\/?shopID=5d9ca6f3b31642760ce5bc79\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">https:\/\/www.aribooking.utilitymobileapps.com\/?shopID=5d9ca6f3b31642760ce5bc79<\/span><\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<li>using our <strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aribooking.utilitymobileapps.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">public directory<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong> by searching for your company name or address directly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Here are the changes we\u2019ve made to the form<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NOTE: Refresh your page several times in order to clear the cache and see the latest updates. You can also use CTRL+F5 on Chrome<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Multi-Language support<\/h4>\n<p>From now on, your clients can view the form in their own language by using the dropdown at the top of the page<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1009 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/translate.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"911\" height=\"208\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/translate.png 911w, https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/translate-300x68.png 300w, https:\/\/ari.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/translate-768x175.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 911px) 100vw, 911px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Pre-Filled Form Parameters<\/h4>\n<p>If you\u2019re using your own booking forms and would like to integrate it with ours, then you can now use URL parameters to transmit data from one form to another.<\/p>\n<p>Here are all the parameters supported:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vin<\/li>\n<li>regNum<\/li>\n<li>make<\/li>\n<li>model<\/li>\n<li>year<\/li>\n<li>transmissionType<\/li>\n<li>drivenWheels<\/li>\n<li>color<\/li>\n<li>milage<\/li>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Email<\/li>\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>City<\/li>\n<li>State<\/li>\n<li>ZIP<\/li>\n<li>Details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To use them, you just need to add them to your unique booking link separated by the \u201c&amp;\u201d character just like in the example below<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.aribooking.utilitymobileapps.com\/?shopID=5d9ca6f3b31642760ce5bc79&#038;vin=12545JHGDSJG54645&#038;regNum=CA7667SD&#038;year=2012&#038;make=Audi&#038;model=A6%20Quattro&#038;Name=John%20Doe&#038;Email=john@doe.com&#038;Phone=0222333223&#038;Details=Car_needs_an_oil_change<\/p>\n<p>copy-paste this into your browser and check to see how the vehicle and client info is prefilled.<\/p>\n<h4>Confirmation QR code<\/h4>\n<p>Once the user submits an appointment request to your shop, they will receive a QR code that contains all the appointment info.
